Flat-Pack Network Racks Are Ideal For Difficult Locations
METCASE has launched RETEX LOGIC2 network racks for rapid and easy installation at locations where narrow doors and stairwells can make access difficult.
RETEX LOGIC2 19” flat-pack racks are designed for sectors such as:
• networking and cabling
• data centers and IT
• entertainment, broadcasting and the audio-visual market
• industrial computing and electronics.
Each LOGIC2 flat-pack rack kit is supplied complete with all parts in a tough carton that is much easier to move on-site than pre-assembled racks.
LOGIC2 racks can be assembled on-site in under five minutes. Just eight bolts are required. Panels and doors snap into place using special fast-action fixings.
These lightweight yet strong 19” racks can accommodate static loads up to 2,200lbs (1,000kg) and dynamic loads up to 660lbs (300kg).
Configurations include 600 mm and 800 mm cabinets. They are available in six heights from 18U to 47U – including 42U, the most popular size.
Three standard depths are offered: 600 mm, 800 mm and 1,000 mm. All LOGIC2 networking racks are supplied with adjustable 19” panel mounts.
To mount equipment wider than 19″, simply discard the panel mount reduction brackets and fit the 19″ profiles to the side frames to give 26″ width.
Door options include safety glass or mesh (front and rear) with both available in single or space-saving double door formats. Cabinets can be supplied without doors if required.
Front and rear doors open to 190 degrees. They feature soft close operation. There are also quick release side and vented top panels.
Standard finish for LOGIC2 racks is graphite gray powder epoxy paint. There are also optional corner trims in five different colors for corporate branding purposes or for color-coding racks.
The materials used in the manufacture of all LOGIC2 network racks are 100% recyclable.
